Real estate agent acknowledges that ModelHomeMaps.com a.k.a. JL Enterprises Holdings, Inc. a.k.a. Is an intermediate agent that manages the realtor rewards program for participating homebuilders. Prior to a point bank being established, real estate agent must register (as an agent) on modelhomemaps.com or TheRealtorConnection.com. Realtor reward points will be awarded to agents once participating builder has approved points and faxed voucher to JL Enterprises Holdings, Inc. In addition, builder must provide payment for all points before they will be be awarded to real estate agent. By participating in the realtor rewards program, real estate agent acknowledges and agrees that points will not be funded or redeemable until said points are paid for by builder. If a builder does not agree to pay for points they will not be redeemable by real estate agent. If a dispute arises between a builder and a real estate agent, both builder and real estate agent agree to hold harmless JL Enterprises, Inc, Builders Marketing Group, ModelHomeMaps.com and any of their affiliated companies. Furthermore, both builder and agent agree that JL Enterprises, Inc., Builders Marketing Group, The Realtor Connection, ModelHomeMaps.com and any of their affiliated companies are not financially responsible for any disputes that arise as a result of the realtor rewards program.
